They really have the worst service especially the one in Laguna Hills. They charge you for everything even to the mistake of the delivery company. The idea of 'customer is always right' is not on their list. You dont even have the option to return it because they will charge restocking fee. If you do not want any stress, just make sure you are aware of what they can do. You always think that what could go wrong on such a simple delivery. But things happen and they do not help at all.
